I put all the traps out in my unfinished basement. I did catch a few spiders but I also caught a mouse, blue tailed lizard and still waiting on more

Great product for roaches

It's such a great product and I'm going to buy more to trap all the roaches in my kitchen. It traps many roaches easily. When the adult roaches already caught on the trap produced large eggs that hatched to tiny little roaches, the little roaches got stuck to the trap again. Such an efficient trap! I usually "baked" the trapped animals over the oven to make sure they're all dead before I throw away the trap.

However, the trap doesn't work that efficient on ants. So few ants got trapped. But somehow, the ants in my kitchen seem to have disappeared since I first placed traps. Maybe the ants are scared away by the traps? Not likely, but I haven't seen any more ants so far.

We bought these mostly for house centipedes after moving into a home in the suburbs. Some reviewers have complained about ineffectiveness on roaches - I can't comment on how effective they are on them since we don't seem to have roaches.

For us, they have caught many centipedes, millipedes, ants, silverfish, spiders and beetles. They're easy to put out and seem effective for around 2 months, at which point we replace them since they can be fairly full in "high traffic" areas like the garage or basement.
