Focus on Green Homes â? air conditioning dispute

By DIY Home on July 12th, 2009

The air conditioning is possible, in a green house. Learn more in this installment of our â? Focus on Green Homes? Series.

Air-conditioned green house is a cause of much discussion among fans of the green. Of course, the best way to save energy on air conditioning is not to have or use. But it is not only convenient for everyone.

Without doubt, the climate of the past was anything but green. It 'been very harmful chemicals and consumes large amounts of energy for what they have produced. Even today more effectively with a lot of electricity has led to huge bills in the summer months. Can a system for a house green, much less energy and chemicals are not harmful? Yes, yes.

Size Matters â? The first test for the design of an air-conditioning system for your green house is the size of the system. Air conditioners must be correct size for the area cooled, taking into account the number, location and type of trees, the number of windows, the layout of the house, and the size of living space. Care should be taken with the appropriate size of the system? It should not be too large or too small. Then we have for all renewable resources that we can use to achieve this goal.

Cooling of the Earth â? For the truly green, renewable resources should be considered. One of the best renewable resources, geo-thermal. Geo-thermal is literally heating or cooling from the depths of the earth. And 'the reason that most of the caves are the same temperature (about 55F) throughout the year. We can use this constant temperature of the Earth to cool air for air conditioning.

For geo-thermal cooling, water (or other liquid) through a pipe buried in the soil to a depth appropriate. Water is on the ground temperature. The air is then on the tube and the warm air is passed to the water in the pipe, removing the hot air out of the house. The heated water is then pushed back, if the pipe under the ground and the heat is dissipated into the ground in an effective cooling water at 55 degrees and the process starts all over again.

Clean and efficient? With geo-thermal air-conditioning system is clean and quiet. For systems that do not have a distribution of air-fresh air, is much less noise and dust.

This system uses much less energy to cool the air for the house of conventional air conditioning is much better for the environment. This system can also be used to heat a home. Die Kosten des Systems und die Tiefe, die sich auf die müssen begraben Rohre hängt davon ab, den Teil der Welt, in der Sie leben.
