Pool is great / Filter is not so great.

This pool is fine. We've had it for about a month. It takes several hours to set up if you have a large one (ours is 16'x32') but it went together easily. The pump however is another story. We love the salt water system but the pump is too weak for what it's supposed to do. Yesterday, my husband changed filters twice - - in one day!! The stupid "low flow" beeper goes on and you have to either rinse the filter or put in a new one. Also, the first pump that was delivered didn't work. Intex sent us another but you have to wait on the phone w/ their customer service for quite a while.

This pool was not delivered on the day that was originally specified so Amazon waived our delivery fee ($[...]+). We appreciated that service and it made us feel ok about the wait.

This is a nice pool and it's pretty easy to maintain . . . it's just the pump that is making us a little crazy.

Excellent pool for large family on a budget

The size of this pool is great. It is roomy enough for 4-5 AND 3-4 kids to all enjoy it.

Pros:
Most spacious above ground pool I've seen
Easy to maintain once set
Like have an inground pool at a very small relative price

Cons:
Ground bed HAS to be level. We set it up at first thinking the ground was level enough...WRONG...we had to have several loads of sand brought in and a bobcat to level it, then set it up again...It is a very difficult process to level such a large area since the pool is so large, but well worth it.

Not necessarily a con, but the outside supports HAVE to be placed on solid supports such as wooden planks or cement blocks.

This is not an easy pool to set up, but once it IS set-up, it is fantastic.

We are gearing up for our second season with this pool. It made it through the winter just fine!

Finally after waiting nearly one month to receive the pool. The pool is a disappointment. We are currently draining the pool to attempt to reset it up. The first time after setup we filled it up only to see the center sides folding inside. Now before it arrived we had the ground leveled so that was not the problem. For such a large pool ( 32' x 16' x 52") it is rather flimsy and poorly constructed. Would not recommend. Would love to return this pool but not so easy due to the size and box destroyed during extra long transit.
